Who Can Run?
To run for Circuit Court Judge in Indiana, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen and resident of your judicial circuit
- Be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Indiana Bar
- Have five years of legal practice or equivalent judicial experience
- Be under the mandatory retirement age (75 at the time of taking office)
