What Does the Cloverdale Town Council Do?
The Cloverdale Town Council serves as the legislative and executive authority for the town. Council members work collaboratively to:

Who Can Run?
To run for Cloverdale Town Council, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen and a registered voter
- Be a resident of Cloverdale
- Meet all requirements to hold public office under Indiana law
Town council members are elected to four-year terms. Positions may be at-large or by district, depending on the structure of the town government.
Time Commitment & Compensation
Serving on the council is a part-time commitment with regular meetings and occasional committee or community events. Council members are paid roughly $5000 in 2024
