The Putnam County Democrats have the chance to appoint a new member to the township advisory board in Franklin Township due to an impending vacancy. Traditionally, such a vacancy would be filled through a caucus of the relevant precinct committee members; however, we currently do not have any precinct committee members in Franklin Township. Thus, as party chair, I am launching Operation Franklin Township.
