Meet all requirements to hold public office under Indiana law
Town council members are elected to four-year terms. Positions may be at-large or by district, depending on the structure of the town government.
Serving on the council is a part-time commitment with regular meetings and occasional committee or community events. Council members are paid roughly $2,000 in 2024
